RETURNS & WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Return Policy-
NugSmasher will accept returns on all presses within a 7 day window of purchase. The unit must be in new condition in original packaging and is only applicable to original purchaser. Customer is responsible for shipping charges back to NugSmasher and any damages on returned unit. Customer will receive a refund within 7-10 business days of us receiving the press minus a 15% restocking fee as well as the initial shipping cost of the purchase.
*Note: Micron bags and accessories are categorized as consumable items and are final sale, therefore they are not returnable.
*Please note, all Cryptocurrency payments and sales are final. Any refunds requested after an initial crypto payment will be returned via Store credit and falls under the same timeline as the 7 day Return policy window*
Warranty Policy-
Nugsmasher warranties all presses with a lifetime warranty on all parts and labor to original purchaser only. Warranty excludes misuse, or abuse to product and customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from factory, NugSmasher will issue shipping labels both ways at the customer’s expense and requires insurance at the current declared value, signature not required. Customer is responsible for any damages on returned unit. Any type of alterations or disassembling of product voids the factory warranty. Customer is responsible for any new packaging costs which will also be built into the label quote invoiced by NugSmasher if you utilize that service. Packaging costs are as follows:

International Orders-
Customs Duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. When customs/duty fees apply please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for these fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for these charges. It may be necessary to contract a Customs Broker to facilitate bringing product into Country which is customers responsibility. Additionally, please note that international orders generally take extra time to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is not within our control. Each country determines the assessment of duties and taxes differently. *Note: Your country’s de minimis value determines if local customs will assess a duty or tax on your shipment. Duties and VAT are calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods (item + insurance + shipping).
