Community Guidelines

NugSmasher’s TerpFile is a community for cannabis growers, hobbyists, and concentrate users to share rosin extraction data and concentrate recipes. In order to maintain a productive and engaging environment, we ask that all of our users treat each other with respect and keep their posted data accurate and on-topic.

To that end, the following language and usage of our platform is prohibited:

• Insults, threats, or harassment of other users, organizations, or NugSmasher employees.
• Misuse of form fields and account information, such as entering meaningless, falsified, or off-topic information.
• Images containing inappropriate material such as nudity, gore, or personal information.
• Attempts to sell or distribute any products or services through our platform. Posting self-grown material or products intended for sale is acceptable as long as the post is purely informational and contains no advertisement.
• Attempts to circumvent moderation through the creation of additional accounts or abuse of software bugs.
• Discussion of illegal activity, including the possession and use of cannabis where it is prohibited.

While off-topic information is generally discouraged, we’re aware that our current system doesn’t properly support data entry for all possible applications of cannabis or rosin extraction systems. More support for things like edible recipes and non-cannabis extractions will be added in the future, but in the meantime please contact us if you’re unsure about any content you’d like to post.

NugSmasher reserves the right to ban or restrict app usage for any user without prior written notice or consent for violations of our community guidelines, as well as remove any offending content. Repetitive or severe violations may result in refusal of service across multiple platforms including but not limited to the NugSmasher app, TerpFile integrations across the NugSmasher Touch product lines, and the NugSmasher website. If you feel your account has been moderated unfairly, please contact the NugSmasher customer support team to submit an appeal.
